About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in healthcare SaaS and HCIT. The successful candidate will serve as the Right Hand to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in building and running the company's operating system. This includes developing and implementing strategies, ensuring accountability, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The COO will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from prioritizing and interfacing with Board Members to delegating and collaborating with partners at all C-levels.

Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' experience in healthcare SaaS or HCIT, with a focus on COO level or above. Key requirements for the role include expertise in PMO and portfolio governance, KPI design, P&L management, and experience with Board and PE. The ideal candidate will also have an MBA, with Lean / Six Sigma certification being a plus, and a strong knowledge of RCM Clearinghouse. The role demands a high level of commitment, including the willingness to reside in Salt Lake City for part of the week and travel as necessary. The COO will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success in the healthcare technology sector.
