Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000 | Job Grade 26

Bonus : 17% Discretionary Target Bonus

Schedule : Primarily day shift | Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed - overtime opportunities

We\'re hiring a Manager, Steel Mill Maintenance to oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Departments supporting our state-of-the-art steelmaking operations. This role directly manages salaried and hourly employees, driving safety, reliability, and efficiency in our electric arc furnace, ladle metallurgical furnace, billet caster, and supporting systems.
