Business Analyst
One of our clients is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Meridian, ID. The BA will be
responsible for overseeing and documenting requirements critical to the the development of software products,
and ensuring they meet the needs of the company and its customers. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical
role by prioritizing the right work, at the right times, and making sure everyone is aligned prior to development.
They will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to understand their requirements and guide the development process.

Experience working at a start-up company.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Familiar with the software development lifecycle and working on product platforms.
- Strong technical background, with experience in working with software development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Work closely with the business to document both business and technical requirements for various
projects or tasks.
Ability to take complex projects with interdependencies and document those down into development
requirements.
Working directly with partners and customers to gather and document requirements on various
projects.
- Write development tasks as user stories and supply acceptance criteria and testing notes.
- Extremely detailed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Document business and technical specifications that will allow the client and company development
staff to understand the solution that will be developed.
Define and prioritize product backlog items and work with development team to ensure successful
delivery of features.
