Customer Service Representative

Reports to : Sales Support Manager & Director of Sales
FLSA Status : Full-Time Non-Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities : None
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative is a key member of theInside Sales teamat Westcoat, serving as a primary point of contact for customers and internal departments. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a seamless customer experience.
