Apply your training skills and support to your team as we lead the industry in transforming how commercial real estate transactions are completed. We value our culture and need energetic people that love the details while thriving in delivering exceptional customer experiences. First American is looking to add a Trainer to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting training delivery and development, analyzing data, driving change, negotiating for resources, influencing outcomes. Oversees, develops and delivers training programs for First American employees and / or external customers to meet organizational and learner needs. Partners with business leaders to identify training needs, standardizes training initiatives, tracks and reports on training success. Conducts multiple training delivery methods in an individual or group setting. Promotes efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of staff and end users This is a remote role

What You'll Do

• Partners with management to identify and develop training solutions to solve business issues
• Gathers information on business objectives from management, determines training needs, and recommends solutions.
• Participates in the development and evaluation of training metrics and measurement components
• Tracks and analyzes training programs by examining training participants' job performance.
• Conducts and facilitates general and specific training programs for organization employees and / or external customers.
• Conducts and analyzes evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and implements improvements.
• Collects information on employee performance and feedback.
• Support and mentor new team members.
• May travel to remote locations to deliver training.

What You'll Bring :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically has 5-8 years of directly related experience working in National Commercial Services

Pay Range : $56,880.00-$101,120.00 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
