Bilingual Nurse Practitioner - Per Diem

Imagine360 is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (per diem) to join the team! miCare delivers on-site primary care clinics to remove both access and cost barriers for enrolled health plan members, offering greater opportunity for education and engagement. This Nurse Practitioner position is responsible for delivering office based primary care for males and females of all ages; includes chronic disease management with an emphasis on wellness along with acute episodic care.

Position Location :   Deland / Deltona, FL

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

General Duties

• Utilizes knowledge and skills to care for patients under the conformance of current and recognized techniques, procedures and standards. Includes but not limited to :
