You're an organized, proactive, and people-centered professional who thrives on bringing structure to ambitious, fast-moving programs. You have a passion for supporting young entrepreneurs and a knack for turning ideas into action. You love the details : coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring every part of a program runs smoothly.

You're a natural communicator, comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders - from students and mentors to university partners and internal teams. Program Operations & Logistics (Pre-Program & Summer Focus)

• Support scheduling, onboarding, housing coordination, and weekly program logistics.
• Assist with preparing materials, organizing events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations.
• Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Program Manager and broader internship team.
• Help ensure all program activities run efficiently and align with established plans.

Data Management & Reporting

Communication & Collaboration

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven experience in event coordination, program support, or operations (13 years preferred).

Comfort with CRMs and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or HighLevel).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, education, and student development.

Ability to work in-person during the summer program in Dallas and travel occasionally for recruiting events.
