What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and / or employees to provide assistance and information as required.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or suspicious activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure environment tailored to the needs of a technology-focused location.

Minimum Requirements :

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
