Senior Proposal Writer

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Writer responsible for managing the proposal lifecycle and crafting compelling proposals for business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and solicitation requirements

Write, edit, and proofread proposal narratives and technical sections while coordinating graphics development

Manage internal and external communications, facilitating meetings and updates throughout the proposal process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience may substitute for education

At least 10 years of federal government proposal management experience

Extensive knowledge of the Shipley methodology and federal procurement processes

Experience using AI-driven platforms to enhance proposal development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal collaboration tools
