Purpose

The Campaign Producer is responsible for managing and executing Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions portfolio of campaign and shoot production efforts, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Acting as a key connector between Agency and Production services, this role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver with a talent for keeping projects on track, fostering collaboration, and aligning everyone around shared goals. The Campaign Producer is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, managing timelines, supporting bidding and SOW creation, and implementing best practices that establish Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions as industry leaders.

You have in-depth knowledge of the production process for campaigns of varying sizes and scales. You are a natural organizer and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working in creative industries like fashion, wellness, and retail, and are comfortable adapting to new challenges and keeping teams focused on delivering high-quality work. You can juggle multiple projects, anticipate roadblocks, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams by providing transparency and ensuring projects stay aligned with project goals.

This position will be based out of the Los Angeles office with a commitment to in-person collaboration Monday through Thursday and the option to work from home on Fridays. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 annually with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO. Travel within the US and internationally may be required. Some flexibility for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected when required to meet client deadlines.
