Senior Support Engineer (Fairfax)

GIVF is seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Senior support engineer to join our team at our headquarters in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities include :

• Monitor and respond to hardware and software issues using a variety of testing tools and techniques.
• Install and configure application software and related hardware (desktops, servers, and peripherals such as printers, scanners, drives, monitors, and video conferencing hardware).
• Provide software and system troubleshooting, support, and root cause analysis.
• Deliver technical support and training to end-users.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
• Support phone systems, networking equipment, and email security configurations.
• Participate in and lead additional IT projects as needed.
