Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and assign tasks to electrical technicians based on production schedules and safety standards
• Interpret shop drawings and collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members
• Estimate tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and hardware in modular units
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on completed work
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and readiness
• Support a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Qualifications :

Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screen.
