The Opportunity

As Supply Chain Manager, you'll take ownership of sourcing, procurement, and logistics for Skyways' production programs. You'll manage supplier selection and keep our global supply chain moving as we scale.

What You'll Do :

• Run RFQs and RFPs, evaluate quotes, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to align supplier performance with build requirements.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers.
• Resolve supplier issues, delivery delays, and quality problems quickly.
• Maintain and improve procurement processes, ERP data, and inventory management.
• Drive cost reductions and process improvements as Skyways grows.
