Position Overview :
- As a Private Equity FP&A Analyst you will play a crucial role in fund-level financial planning and analysis, due diligence processes, and internal collaboration with portfolio companies.

Responsibilities :
Fund-Level Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support fund-level decision-making.Develop and maintain financial models for fund performance evaluation.Due Diligence :
Lead financial due diligence processes for potential investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Assess financial risks, market trends, and operational performance of potential investments.Portfolio Company Collaboration :
Work closely with portfolio companies on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Analyze and report on the financial performance of portfolio investments.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :
Prepare and analyze fund and portfolio financial statements and reports.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Operational Optimization :
Identify opportunities for operational improvement within the fund and portfolio companies.Provide financial insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.Investor Reporting :
Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and reports.Address inquiries and provide financial information related to fund and portfolio performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.Ensure seamless integration of financial planning into overall fund operations.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2+ of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in private equity or related fields.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Knowledge of investment analysis, due diligence, and fund-level financial operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.Powered by JazzHR
