QA Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION : Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of an end-to-end automation testingframework from scratch.
• Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologiesacross teams.
• Integrate automation testing within existing CI / CD pipelines andmicroservices frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams toensure seamless test coverage and quality delivery.
• Conduct end-to-end, integration, regression, and performance testingusing automated solutions.
• Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve testingefficiency through tool evaluation and innovation.
• Mentor QA team members and drive quality initiatives across theorganization. Required Skills & Experience :
• 10+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years in alead role.
• Strong programming experience in Java and hands-on expertise withSelenium WebDriver.
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g.,TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, RestAssured
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and related testingstrategies.
• Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Exposure to API testing, end-to-end testing, and performance testingtools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of test data management and mocking services formicroservices testing.
