Account Manager Sales
Location (city, state) : Scottsdale, AZ (with some travel to New Mexico)
Compensation : $80,000 $90,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission
Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match. Additional benefits include a monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, generous PTO, and partially covered health premiums for dependents.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a stable employment history
- Demonstrated success in business development and client retention
- Willingness to travel within Arizona and occasionally to New Mexico
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
