Required 3 + years automotive technician experience, or equivalent vocational / technical training

We are helping our client find Autonomous Vehicle Mechanic to join its team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline technical expert maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the fleet of autonomous vehicles (AVs).

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of automotive systems (mechanical, electrical, and software) as well as AV-specific hardware (LiDAR, cameras, radars, and embedded compute systems). You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and remote support teams to keep vehicles safe, available, and mission-ready.

Requirements

• Required 3+ years automotive technician experience, or equivalent vocational / technical training.
• Proficient diagnosing & repairing mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems (CAN, HV systems, sensors) Comfortable working with EVs and hybrid drive systems. Strong computer skills : diagnostic software, google suite, JIRA, database logging.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with engineers, operations teams.
• Strong safety-first mindset, familiar with OSHA or equivalent procedures .
