What you'll do :

• Architect the future : Lead the design and development of a scalable, secure data platform built for AI-first healthcare solutions.
• Build with purpose : Collaborate with AI researchers, developers, and clinicians to bring powerful tools and insights into patient care.
• Engineer for scale : Own backend infrastructure for data ingestion, storage, and retrievalensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Model complexity simply : Design data models that reflect the richness and nuance of real-world healthcare data.
• Empower smart search : Integrate NLP and search tech to enable conversational and semantic search, along with auto-summarization capabilities.
• Streamline the flow : Develop data pipelines using Kafka, Flink, RabbitMQ, and other tools to ensure efficient and real-time data movement.
• Champion data privacy : Ensure compliance and security with access controls, encryption, and best-in-class privacy protocols.
• Lead with impact : Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and help shape a culture of technical excellence.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,800 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
