Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Leader to lead the creative vision and execution for one of our largest southern California clients. This role will oversee a global, distributed team driving customer experience, digital experience, and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally adept at inspiring bold creative ideas and rolling up their sleeves to mentor talent and guide execution. This leader will shape and deliver integrated campaigns, creative assets, websites, design systems, and marketing activations spanning social, digital, and customer communications. They will help grow our West Coast marketing practice while ensuring world-class creative delivery tailored to the complexities of a regulated industry.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, creative leadership, or customer experience roles.

Proven track record leading creative strategy and execution for regulated industries (energy, utilities, financial services, or healthcare preferred).

Experience managing large global teams in distributed, hybrid, or offshore / onshore models.

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on creative direction.

Expertise across campaign development, digital / UX design, branding, social media, and paid media activation.

Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into compelling creative solutions.

Passion for mentoring and developing marketing talent.

Curiosity and / or experience in AI-driven marketing and creative technology.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,00 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
