Our Finance team is looking for a dynamic individual to help execute our accounting policies and processes so that we can meet our financial growth goals. This role will report to the Accounting Director, and will also work closely with our SVP of Finance, Finance Manager and team leads to ensure that our books are kept up to date and accurate for quick decision making and reporting. This role will lead our revenue recognition for our growing SaaS product, own our accounts receivable and collections process, and be a key contributor to our monthly close process. This role must be extremely detail oriented, efficient and have a deep understanding of GAAP. This role will be ever changing and will require the candidate to be adaptable and open-minded.

What You'll Do

Revenue Recognition & Sales Support

• Prepare revenue recognition analysis under ASC 606 for SaaS subscriptions, multi-year contracts, and additional revenue streams as we grow
• Manage revenue schedules and perform monthly revenue close procedures
• Support Sales team with contract questions and billing structure guidance

What We're Looking For

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000 - $160,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include : transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including : medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support.

While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person. For all other employees, there is a WFH monthly stipend to pay for co-working spaces.
