• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and information to get started.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues or concerns as needed.
• Review and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
