Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. Our field service technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. They travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance. Their role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in various environments. Safety and efficiency are paramount as they handle complex machinery and ensure minimal downtime for customers. Excellent communication skills are also essential for interacting with clients and providing detailed reports on the work performed.

Work Environment :

This position is often exposed to the elements and moving machinery and equipment. It is also often

exposed to grease, electrical currents, dust, dirt and other environmental factors. This position

requires the operation of a Field Service Truck, this truck is equipped with Front and Rear Camera

Systems as well as a GPS Tracking System.

This position also requires traveling around to different areas as needed to get to and from the

different customer and branch locations. This position will require work before and after hours,

and in some cases, a significant amount of Over Time.
