  • About the Role
  • We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Customer Care Specialist
  • to join our eCommerce team. This role is based in our distribution center and supports the sales order process by providing exceptional service to our customers primarily via email.
  • Once fully trained, the position transitions to a

    • hybrid schedule
    • (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Training will be conducted in-office for approximately 4-6 weeks, with potential for earlier hybrid transition based on performance.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing product knowledge, item numbers, tracking details, and website navigation support
    • Assist with billing and invoicing procedures
    • Track shipments and inventory
    • Provide price quotes and order status updates
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote relevant products when appropriate
    • What We're Looking For
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distribution center environment
    • Prior experience in customer support or eCommerce preferred
    • Familiarity with order management systems and inventory tracking tools is a plus
    • Work Environment & Schedule
    • Office-based within a distribution center
    • Hybrid schedule after training : Must be in-office on Wednesdays, with Tuesday or Thursday as the second in-office day (most choose Tuesday)
    • Training period : 4-6 weeks, fully in-office
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50 / hr.
