Job Overview:

• Join our client as a Manufacturing Engineer. This role is perfect for those passionate about process improvement and efficiency. You'll be a key player in ensuring safety, quality, and integrity in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions.
• Lead and implement manufacturing plans and analyze design/build concepts.
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to match manufacturing capabilities with requirements.
• Resolve technical issues impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
• Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.

Essential Skills Required:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools like PDM, CAPP, CMES, MESci, EPARTs, GOLDesp.
• 3+ years in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or managing projects and/or teams.
• Project management experience.
