Key Responsibilities
Partner with strategic advisors and sales representatives to scope and build product demonstrations
Personalize system builds based on client needs and review related materials for unique build items
Participate in product launches and ensure system configurations meet opportunity requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
3-5 years of related professional experience in benefits administration or technology
3+ years of experience using Benefitsolver
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Working knowledge of business processes and system development
