Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is currently seeking an experienced individual for a Program Manager (PM) 1 to provide program leadership to our Advanced Programs team, at our Promontory Utah offices.

Role Description & Responsibilities
This Program Manager (PM) position resides within the Tactical Products & Services portfolio and will be responsible for management of multiple contracts and contract types. The Tactical Products & Services portfolio is diverse and dynamic and includes management of both production and development programs in technology areas including aerial payloads, aging and surveillance, flares and countermeasures, next generation energetics, and more. The PM will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver expected technical, financial, and schedule performance in one or more of these technology areas. The PM will establish and maintain relationships with customers, prime contractors, industry partners, and suppliers. The position is fast paced with multiple programs running simultaneously and includes opportunities for interacting with Propulsion Systems leadership in support of individual and professional goals. Primary Level Salary Range : $112,200.00 - $168,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
