Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Clerk to manage complex scaffolding rental billing and collections. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and consistent cash flow.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
• Generate, review, and distribute scaffolding rental invoices accurately and on schedule
• Analyze data to prevent billing discrepancies and ensure correct rates, quantities, and durations
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve customer disputes efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in Quantify, ERP systems, and shared customer files
• Process credit and debit memos as needed
• Prepare and distribute monthly account statements; ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding balances and payment deadlines
• Manage follow-ups for overdue accounts and send demand letters as needed. Collections is an essential part of this role
• Update AR aging reports and actively participate in weekly collections calls
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a billing clerk or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data formatting
• Scaffold rental billing experience is preferred
• Prior experience billing out of Quantify is a plus
