Key Responsibilities

Organization-Wide Recruiting

• Manage full life cycle recruiting for roles across all departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Communications, HR and more.
• Prioritize and lead searches for executive-level positions and high-impact sales roles.
• Partner with hiring managers across the business to define role requirements and hiring strategies

Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence

Data-Driven Execution

Physical / Environmental Requirements

Office : Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Position may require occasional weekend and / or evening work.

Compensation

The projected annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s : qualifications, skills, expertise, education / training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
