We are currently seeking licensed and / or unlicensed Clinical therapists to join our compassionate and dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual, group, and / or family therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment plans
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- On-going professional development.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. PhD, PsyD in clinical psychology.
- State licensure as a Clinical Therapist, waivered or registered therapist ASW, APCC, AMFT, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Compassion and empathy for individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Licensed Eligible : $62,400 - $83,200 per year
Licensed Clinical Therapist : $83,200 - $104,000 per year
