Job Summary :
The Human Resource Generalist willprovide support with thedaily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department,includingorganizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.UtilizeHuman Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidentialandact as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Supports Talent Acquisition Coordinator with recruiting efforts as needed.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasksrequiredto administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and / or sensitive matters to theappropriate staff.
- Attends andparticipatesin employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices tomaintaincompliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, andnew technologiesin human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldrequired.At least one year of humanresourcesexperience preferred.SHRM-CP a plus.Physical Requirements :
