As a member of our management team, you’ll oversee it all! Build and lead great shifts, empower team members, and help maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. If you’re a natural leader who can rally a team to be its best, we’d love to have you behind our counter.
We are looking for entry level managers – people that have the drive to get the job done and develop themselves along the way! With Culver’s, growth potential is limitless, our strong training program is designed to move managers into leadership roles and provide opportunities to move into higher level management positions, including ownership opportunities through our mentee program!
