Job description

Bookkeeper (QBO Expert)

We are looking for a Bookkeeper (QBO Expert) who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and generating financial reports using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in bookkeeping best practices.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities

Record and post journal entries accurately and timely.
Investigate and resolve issues within QuickBooks Online (QBO), including :

Payment discrepancies related to "Deposit to Account."

Credit card sync errors and related reconciliation.

Incorrectly applied payments

Integrations with third-party payment software

Generate and run custom expense reports using the General Ledger.

Reclassify entries and adjust accounts as necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting.
