Job descriptionPay : Starting at $17 / hour Schedule : Day and night shifts available, longer shifts preferred Overtime Pay Opportunities : Time-and-a-half after 40 hours / week Client Needs Vary : Dementia care, mobility support, personal care, companionship Provide hands-on, one-on-one care in a private home Support Clients with ADLs (bathing, toileting, transfers, meals, etc.) Work closely with Nurse Case Managers who help guide the care plan Build long-term relationships with Clients and their families Longer Shifts – We focus on Clients with complex care needs Nurse Support – You're backed by experienced Nurse Case Managers Consistency – Most Clients stay with us for months or years Respect and Teamwork – We listen, include, and support you Client Matching – We pair you with Clients that fit your style Overtime Available – Get paid 1.5x when you work 40+ hours / week Have experience in in-home care or facility care Are reliable, kind, and communicative Are open to learning and working collaboratively with a team Want to build a relationship , not just punch a clock Learn more about your background and preferences Tell you more about how we work at Broad Street Explore current opportunities that might be a good match
