The Manager, Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program (J&J PAP) will collaborate across therapeutic areas and oversee key aspects of the program's patient hub operations, including data analysis and data health process improvements, resource development from creation to approval, and managing escalations. Additionally, partnering with the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program team and suppliers to facilitate new product launches and updates to program requirements will be a critical component of the role.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 - 172,500.
