Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (LTAC experience accepted; acute care strongly preferred)

Current BLS certification required

ACLS preferred

BSN preferred (ASN or Nursing Diploma accepted)

Active Florida RN license or compact license (must apply for Florida license within 90 days if compact license is held)

If less than 3 years of RN experience, must pass NCLEX in Florida to be considered

Benefits

Shifts : Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a), rotating weekends

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 5–1 : 6

Shift Differentials : $3 nights / $2 weekends

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 for Days / $15,000 for Nights

Relocation Assistance : Case by case
