Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Execute operational activities for data verification and validation between systems

Communicate with the service team to request remote access and validate data in their system

Report issues through task creation in Jira and follow up on corrections

Required Qualifications

Ongoing academic education in Information Technology or Law

Responsibility in meeting deadlines and filling validation records

Ability to interact cordially and objectively with the service team

Proactivity in clarifying doubts and identifying visible errors

Basic to intermediate knowledge in Excel
