• Set up, run, and inspect precision-machined parts.
• Use Fusion 360 for both CAM and CAD tasks — from programming toolpaths to optimizing part design.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine manufacturing processes.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in machining and manufacturing processes .

Working knowledge of Fusion 360 (or similar CAD / CAM software).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Duties :

Tend CNC machines that perform milling and turning operations.

Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.

Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.

Complete production and quality logs.

Communicate issues that arise in the process of creating a part.

Ensure that part meets client and Legacy Machining expectations.

Maintain an organized work space.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

2-4 years experience as a CNC machine operator is a plus.

Ability to read technical documents and engineering drawings.

Great attention to detail.

Experience with and ability to read metrology tools.

Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.

Good computer and mathematical skills.

Great time management skills.

Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise

Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential

Should have a positive and professional attitude

Capable of standing for extended periods of time

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds for short periods of time

Job Type : Full-time

Expected hours : 35-40 hours per week;

Business core hours : 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm
