Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Sales to lead their go-to-market strategy and sales execution in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute the go-to-market strategy targeting health systems and enterprise healthcare customers

Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, demos, proposals, and closing new business

Create repeatable sales processes to establish a scalable sales organization

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology or a regulated industry

Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals with health systems and payors

Experience in early-stage or startup environments, building pipelines and processes from scratch

Strong understanding of AI-driven or data-heavy products and their customer value

Experience selling platforms with complex stakeholder alignment and long sales cycles
