Facilitation and Learning Specialist

A company is looking for a Facilitation and Learning Specialist for a short-term home-based assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and thematic clinics to build internal capacity and facilitate stakeholder engagement

Create and refine facilitation tools and resources to support implementation pathways and stakeholder activities

Document and synthesize lessons learned while facilitating learning sessions with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Advanced university degree in development, economics, public policy, social science, business, or related field; or a bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience

Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience related to facilitation and capacity building

Proven experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programs and tools

Experience facilitating in multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments

Proficiency in written and spoken English
