What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Manage the entire recruitment process for clinical roles from intake to offerScreen and present top candidates aligned with role requirements and company cultureCollaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and hiring plansSource candidates through various platforms including job boards and social mediaAdvise leadership on hiring strategies and provide updates on recruiting progressWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
5–8 years of clinical recruiting experience (in-house or retained search firm)Proven success in recruiting Nurse Practitioners and licensed clinical professionalsProficient in sourcing toolsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degreeHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
