I am working with a national firm on finding an Associate to join their (HYBRID) North Jersey office. The firm is open to both Junior and Mid-Level attorneys, and will provide an excellent opportunity for immediate hands-on work, associate camaraderie and top-down mentorship, and commitment to work-life satisfaction.
Key Duties :
- Litigate General Liability matters with an Insurance Defense focus
- Subpractices can include : Premises Liability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Trucking, and Appellate Practice
- Enjoy immediate hands-on work in a highly collaborative setting
Core Qualifications :
- Min 1yr exp in Defensive Civil Litigation (ideally Insurance Defense, but other GL practice areas are applicable too)
- Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey (admission in New York is a plus!)
Position Details :
- $95,000 - $140,000 base (Salary will be commensurate with experience level)
- Hours-based bonus, with quarterly cash-out eligibility
- HYBRID office (3 days in / 2 days home)
