This role will join the CHOP Practice Association (CHOPPA) Data and Analytics team and will be responsible for providing a unique blend of financial, business, technical, and analytical expertise. The team combines business knowledge with data and technology to empower decision makers and believes that user-friendly, self-service, embedded analytics products can improve patient outcomes, optimize processes, and reduce costs. We believe in providing actionable insights which drive real, measurable, impact! The team is looking for innovative and creative problem solvers who are excited about joining a collaborative team to utilize data to transform CHOP into a data-driven organization; one that practices data-driven decision making and utilizes data to improve the experience of our patients, families, and staff.

A successful candidate is articulate, analytical, and a team player who understands the power of data storytelling to drive change. The individual will need to have experience with SQL, Python, and Excel, and have an interest in learning Epic Professional Billing / Workday Financials.

This role is hybrid, reporting onsite on Thursday, weekly and the shift is 8am-5pm. We look forward to hearing from you!

What You Will Do

Data Collection and Analysis

• Works in partnership to understand and prioritize data needed for any improvement initiative or program to meet regulatory requirements or for other purposes relative to departmental performance or improvement.
• Applies quality improvement principles to design of initiatives, helps team to analyze, measure and report departmental and staff performance.
• Acts as a departmental resource regarding the reporting of data to include core measures and other requirements. Promotes the analysis of data using charts and visualization.
• Works across teams to ensure data has gone through the appropriate level of validation.

SALARY RANGE :

$61,360.00 - $78,230.00 Annually

Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
