Job description
A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to manage complex claims in various jurisdictions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Adjudicate higher complexity workers' compensation claims and report on trends to management
Investigate claims thoroughly, including interviewing involved parties and managing claims in litigation
Negotiate settlements and prepare documentation for claims resolution
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years' experience in adjudicating workers' compensation claims in specified jurisdictions
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
Licensure required in FL, RI, or TX
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business-related software
Demonstrated desire for continued professional development
