The Install Manager is expected to maintain a productive install schedule, multi-task, train and develop, along with keeping the install department productive and able to achieve set goals by the department.
What You'll Do
- Training and development
- Micro-skills training for 30 / 60 / 90
- Hands on field training for JA's
- Hands on field training for leads
- Development of training classes
- Small trainings in L-10
- Will use forms to track progress
Quality control visits
IS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and documentAudits
Start-up sheet auditsFinal payment form AuditsQuarterly conversations
Monthly scorecard conversations
Install follow up visits
Sales debriefs and walk throughs as needed
Service debrief forms (install warranty)
Coaching and feedbackWhat you need to succeed
High school diploma or equivalent.10+ years HVAC installation experience.HVAC training & certifications a plus.EPA Universal Certification preferred.Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.High standards for your work.
