Job description
Radiant Smiles Dentistry in Baton Rouge is searching for a Full-Time Dental Office Manager to come join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time Dental Office Manager

Come join our great team! We are a small General Dentistry office that allows you help change people’s lives one smile at a time.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team and focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Lead by example and set a standard for extraordinary customer service.
  • Lead team members to excel at every task.
  • Supervise the everyday operations in the office.
    • Resolving patient problems, oversee patient claims to insurance, and managing the patient schedule and general workflow of the entire office.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 24 months of DENTAL experience.
  • Proficiency with dental management software.
  • Proficiency with overseeing staff and dental office day-to-day tasks.
