Job Details :

Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team contributing professional nursing knowledge and skills

Provide and manage patient care through application of the nursing process

16-hour guaranteed shifts

Work every other weekend including holiday rotation

Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)

Limited day requests off between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26

Work on 23-bed unit with 5 : 1 nurse to patient ratio

Care for orthopedic, spine, and medical surgery patients

Experience with heparin drip administration required

EPIC EMR system experience required

Med Surg or applicable orthopedic / spine surgery care experience required

Ortho / trauma experience required

BLS (AHA) certification required

Iowa nursing license required

Must complete clinical interview pre-screening

Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required

First-time travelers accepted if completed one travel contract in previous 12 months
