Senior Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations with a focus on financial close excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the monthly close process and ensure accuracy of journal entries and account reconciliations

Maintain and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance in accordance with US GAAP

Drive process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (or equivalent) preferred

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a management role

Proven experience leading financial close processes in private and public companies

Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply complex accounting guidance

Experience with Netsuite required; proficiency in Excel and G-Suite is essential
