We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab Area.
As a Travel RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization labs, collaborate with highly skilled healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of cardiac patients.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and set-up of cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamics during procedures
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed
- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients post-procedure and provide appropriate care and patient education
- Document procedures and patient information accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac cath lab or critical care setting
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and equipment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac nursing principles and practices
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel and work in various healthcare settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications (Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software

Benefits
Assignment Location : Olathe, Kansas
Class / Area : Cath Lab RN
Pay Rate : $2400-$2600@40hrs weekly
Desired Start Date : ASAP
Length of Assignment : 14 weeks
Hours per Week : 40
Shift and Time : 0700-1730 x4 / week
Schedule Details : 10 hr days
Weekend Rotation : Required
On-call Requirements : 1-2 times / week and every 3rd to 4th weekend
Holidays Requirements : Required based on unit needs
Floating Requirements : Will float to Cath / IR / EP
Experience Required : 2 years cath lab exp required
License Required : KS RN
Certificates Required : BLS & ACLS
