Princeton BMW has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team and the Holman Family!

Job Duties :

• Build, train, motivate, and maintain a quality sales organization.
• Assist in hiring of sales consultants and conduct in-depth initial training sessions covering dealership selling systems, product knowledge, and professional conduct.
• Schedule regular training sessions to review and reinforce sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Negotiate trade-in deals with customers while maximizing profitability for the dealership.
• Stay informed about the dealership's used vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
• Monitor and manage daily sales operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures that prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Establish appraisal guidelines and standards for sales consultants to follow.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and / or Training :

Relevant Work Experience :

Compensation : $150,000 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay : We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
