• Lead the design efforts across multiple digital properties, ensuring a consistent and user-centered design approach.
• Manage and evolve design systems to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with project managers, business strategists, UX researchers, and developers to drive projects forward efficiently.
• Create intuitive and modern user interfaces that align with the client’s business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve information architecture (IA) and visual design.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends and best practices to ensure high-quality, impactful user experiences.
